HOW TO MAKE LUMPIANG SARIWA

FOODS  FRESH LUMPIA


GARLIC
ONION
GREEN BEANS
MINCED MEAT
CARROTS
WHITE TURNIPS

FOR GARNISHING;
MINCED PEANUT
MINCED GARLIC
FOR SAUCE;
BOILED CORNSTARCH
SOY SAUCE
FOR WRAPPING;
EGG WHITE AND  FLOUR
















PROCEDURES;
1.SAUTE GARLIC,ONION AND MINCED MEAT IN OLIVE OIL.
2.WAIT MINCED MEAT TO COOKED.
3.ADD WHITE TURNIPS,CARROTS,GREEN BEANS AND ADD FISH SAUCE TO TASTE.
4.COOKED FOR 5 MINUTES.
SET ASIDE THE COOKED VEGETABLES.
PREPARE FOR SAUCE;
1.BOIL WATER WITH SOY SAUCE AND SUGAR THEN ADD CORN STARCH .
WRAPPING;
MIX EGG WHITE AND FLOUR WITH LITTLE WATER.
HEAT FAN IN LOW FIRE FRY MIX EGG WHITE AND FLOUR WITH OUT OIL.LIKE PANCAKE
HOW TO SET THE FOOD?
1.GET ONE PIECE OF WRAPPER,PUT ON THE PLATE PUT ONE LEAVE OF LETTUCE,PUT 1/4 CUP OF COOKED VEGETABLES AND ROLL IT CAREFULLY.
2.ADD SAUCE ON THE TOP AND SPRINKLE THE MINCED GARLIC AND PEANUT.
3.READY TO SERVE AND HAPPY EATING.
